Sessions are available virtually or in person in Yankton, SD. Each session is 60 minutes in length.

Practical tools: movement suggestions, breath practices, journaling prompts, or simple rituals tailored to your needs that you can use between sessions.
Integration and plan: we close with clear, achievable next steps and a short grounding practice so you leave feeling centered and ready to act.
